Since my first 'Flora' mod we've had a superb cockpit by Stary so I've included it within this package. INSTRUCTIONS 1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the Yak-23P folder into your Aircraft folder. 2. From the DECALS folder drag and drop the Yak-23P folder into your Decals folder. 3. From the PILOTS folder drag and drop the PILOT_PARAN folder into your Pilots folder. CREDITS As always, thanks to everyone at Third Wire for a great little game/sim. Big thanks to Stary for his superb 'Flora' cockpit - it's bloomin' lovely. And thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community. 6. Yak-23 'Flora' - 1st Fighter Regiment, Republic of Paran Air Force, 1950 In the aftermath of World War 2 Shah Mushani of Paran quickly allied his country to the Soviet Union who supported his country's long-standing claim for the Mazadran oil fields on the Dhimar-Paran border. During the late 1940's, Soviet equipment poured into Paran culminating with the delivery of the first jet aircraft into the region when the 1st Fighter Regiment re-equipped with the Yak-23 'Flora' in 1949.
  7. And I seem to remember that the original SFP1 that reeled us all in includes Dhimar and Paran.

  10. Douglas AD-7 Skyraider - 119 Squadron, Heyl Ha'Avir, 1958 Whilst the 1956 Suez war was viewed as a disaster for Britain and (to a lesser extent) France, Israel had conducted a brilliant military campaign and had emerged victorious and confident in the ability of it's armed forces. In the immediate aftermath of the conflict, Heyl Ha'Avir officials asked for the replacement of the remaining Mustang fighter-bombers and by early 1957 they had approached the Douglas Aircraft Company for a version of their Skyraider attack aircraft which was finally coming to the end of it's long production run. Douglas offered a minimum change version of the single-seat AD-7 version and in April 1957 the Israeli Government ordered 40 Skyraiders for the Heyl Ha'Avir which entered service later that same year and remained in front-line service until 1968.

  12. Sensible idea! I'm running 8 on a new laptop and I'm staggered by how hard it is to work with. Anyway, hope you get to the bottom of this.
