  1. No. You need SF2:Europe.
  2. McDonnell Douglas Phantom F-4M - 22º Gruppo, 51º Stormo, Aeronautica Militare, 1972
  3. I'm sure things will be sorted long before then.
  4. I haven't tried 'C' as I really enjoy runway starts but 'B' is working fine for me - although I don't generally fly third-party props or helos.
  5. Are you experiencing that yourself? I only ever experienced that with certain mods in WoE. For some reason, SF2 series hardly ever does a CTD except when you're damaged and try to warp back home! Fair enough.
  6. Phantoms forever...
  7. The Red Devils
  8. Nicely aged!
  9. I'm aware of two. Have I missed any?
  10. I'd love to see a SF2V Expansion Pack with a retooled and flyable A-6A, flyable A-1's, a shiny new F-111A and trees!
  11. BAC Lightning F.56 -154º Gruppo, 6º Stormo, Aeronautica Militare, 1973
  12. Their fall from grace was absurdly sharp wasn't it? At one time they had the A-3J, B-70, F-107, F-108 and X-15 projects all on the go at the same time! Now that's what I call cutting edge!
  13. Actually I did consider using the FakePilot method but found NoJettisonTank=TRUE to be easier. BTW if a 3D modeller fancies doing a better job of the ventral camera bulges it would be great!
  14. View File North American RF-100A 'Slick Chick' North American RF-100A for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2 This is a very simple mod of the stock North American F-100A to create an RF-100A 'placeholder' until something better comes along. You'll need to have Expansion Pack 2 to access the F-100A. This little known Cold War warrior today can lay claim to being the world's first supersonic recconnaisance aircraft and I'd encourage you to read what you can about the handful of RF-100A's starting here; http://www.spyflight.co.uk/f100.htm Now I'm not a 3D modeller so I've done the best I could using MiG-21 recon pods to create the broadly similar shapes seen on the real RF-100A. To get them to load I've classified them as non-jettisonable fuel tanks so don't worry about dropping your tanks on the return dash - your precious wet film will still be there for the CIA boffins to examine. The RF-100A's carried no armament so I've deleted the 20mm cannon and removed the gun smoke but unfortunately the gun troughs are still there but you'll soon forget about that. INSTRUCTIONS 1. From the AIRCRAFT folder drag and drop the RF-100A folder into your Aircraft folder. 2. From the DECALS folder drag and drop the RF-100A folder into your Decals Folder. 3. From the WEAPONS folder drag and drop the SLICK_CHICK folder into your Weapons folder. That's it! CREDITS As always, big thanks to Third Wire for the continuous improvement of a great little game/sim. A thank you to whoever created the MiG-21 Recon Pod and I hope you don't mind it being used here. And, finally, thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community. 17. North American RF-100A, Project 'Slick Chick' - 7407th Support Squadron, USAFE, 1956 Tip! Do not type 'Slick Chick' into Goggle Images just as your wife walks in with a cup of tea. I had a devil of job convincing her that my interest was in the RF-100A and not in the baby oiled dolly-birds that appeared on my screen.
  18. That would be cool!
  19. Fascinating! http://www.spyflight.co.uk/f100.htm It would make a nice mod for early recce missions (realistically without the wingtip extensions).

  21. Yes, but don't go asking too many questions! You'll divert him from the Tomcat and the next expansion pack
  22. Stormy skies... Wrench's re-vamp of the EF-4C
  23. Mmmm, not too sure about that site - perhaps it's their policy although why it's selective I don't know. Anyway, the Genie equipped Lightning was a PM request from one of the guys there and apparently it was considered but, thankfully, not proceeded with.
  24. BAC Lightning F.6(N) - No.23 Squadron, RAF Fighter Command, 1967
  25. Time for the fish-heads to buy new carriers...
