Actually, I'd be grateful if someone could write a simple mission to give no wingman and no enemy aircraft! I understand that to smash the lower altitude records they took off without flaps, kept nice and low to get the speed up and then zoomed upwards. In the sim, if your airfield is in a flat area, you can take off without flaps, wing level at 20m and hit Mach 1.2 at sea level (reminiscent of 'Sageburner') before hauling back on the stick. Huge fun!
