Ha ya Ziker here in the uk, and the same in france from october until about mid may, you would be very lucky to see much at all before about 8am , it is very dark,& outside large cities there is on a lot of mornings freezin fog for the first few hunderd feet into the air , only from about may to the end of september would 4.30am be nice and light & a little warm

Im with Charles on this 1, the time it takes 2 double up on things is time wasted when i think of a WWI sim it reminds me of an A10 or a helo sim, I.e. plenty of stuff on the deck we have as default , 1970's buildings and some barbed wire although very nice the dr1 and camel R already in My install , I feel the need for immersion even RB, flying corps, dawn patrol , and wings of glory all had period towns we dont need doubleups of the same planes , we do need much more eyecandy, targets,terrains/fronts

Nice 1 TS I was thinking about railways ,the other day. but yer deadright m8 bridges r something that should be there 2, and period houses would be nice, not so new york style flat roofed jobies we got ,I thought some of the hangers r a better shape for 1915 houses , & ambulances r noticeable by there abcense, we already got the canvas topped supply trucks just need a cloned version turned in2 an amb so many casualties & no1 2 bring un back 2 blighty cheers M8

Lol , i ws thinking the same thing 2day , but im sure its the aldis sight more than anything else 4 me @least is way 2 hard 2 get strikes with this aldis view, feels like a waste of time , in fact i was trying new effects and had 2 watch my wingmen in the end because i could hit nothing 2 see if the effects where showing up , from the se5 cockpit as 4 CofG and deflection, it does tend 2 wollow a bit in a semi flat turn , but is an energy fighter by all accounts boom n zoom was its biggest asset, like the spads liked 2 get the wind up, single slashing pass and climb. I always turn with the AI , and im inclined 2 beleave that the airspeed bleed and wollow induced is about right that big square nose wants 2 be pointed at the ground, i find the airspeed decay is so quick that in a heartbeat she is willing 2 depart ,with so little flow over the control surfaces that recovery is unlikely. I read somewhere a while back that the se5's flew the highest caps at around 20,000 ft , no oxygen, and the dawn patrol guys skipped breakfast tea, because any G turns would press on there bladder and releave them of anything they had drunk be4 taking off , the freezing air would give there tackle frostbite in a couple of minutes at that time of morning at that alt!!!

Sorry guys if u already dl'd the longhorn . plase dl it again , as the decal.ini's didnt work so u only get defualt french marking , is fixed now i hope
