  1. Heading westward in direction of London Docks From near to far to see: London Docks, Westindia Docks, Cityport
  2. Spitfire over London City Docks (on right edge of the picture you see Greenwich University)
  3. If you look in the invincible_data.ini, is there line CarrierBaseSize=SMALL If there is CarrierBaseSize=MEDIUM set it to small and give it a try
  4. View from right to left Beckton industrial area , Cityport, Charlton industrial area, Royal Artillery Barracks The Royal Artillery Barracks Charlton industrial area
  5. Show of Hands! Who Would Fly/Ride This?

The Kamov-26 was always underpowered. To fly this helicopter it was neccessary to push the engines to their limits. There was no power reserve for emergencies. IIRC there was a Ka-126 with gasturbines, which was a much better helicopter.
  6. Industrial area northeast of London Cityport
  7. London Cityport is now finished. Screenshots: A flight over the Cityport from east to west.
  8. German terror attack hit London in the area around cityport.
  9. I added two ships i found in the download area and in Norway terrain: Testing the target area: London cityport and surrounding residential buildings are heavily hit by Ju-88 strike.
  10. Spitfire over London Cityport August 1940
  11. Fliegerhorst Lannion Scenery shots:
  12. Fliegerhorst Brest Scenery shots: Ready for touch down
  13. Thanks for all offers to help with Cooling Towers. Sundowners Cooling Towers looks great, but they are a little bit to big in size. Finally i got the old Cooling Towers to work. My mistake was a simple typo in the types.ini. And so the target area around West Ham Powerstation in London looks now: At the moment i have switched off the smoke effect of the cooling towers. I'm not sure how much the effects will harm the fps rate, because there will be a lot of ground targets in London and when heavy dogfights will come .... I dont want to have slideshow.
  14. Something for the bombers: Factory buildings around West Ham Powerstation in London. I need cooling towers for the powerplant. Unfortunatly the old ones, which i used for WoX terrains, does not work with SF2.
  15. While my flight was on landing approach, Spitfires attacked us. The airfield Flak made a good job and shot down the Tommies.
  16. Fliegerhorst St Andre de L'Eure Ju-88 is checking the airfield guards.
  17. Fliegerhorst Beaumont le Roger
  18. I must correct my statement, that different skins for groundobjects are impossible. They are possible, but only in campaigns. For single missions it does not work. For using in a campaign you must edit the campaigns data.ini file. example: [GroundUnit014] GroundObjectType=T-54 UnitName=Polski 3. Pulk Czolgow ForceID=2 Nation=Poland DefaultTexture=Green <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< This line defines the skin of the vehicles of this unit. Here: Green BaseArea=PQ76/22 RandomChance=100 StartObjects=100 MaxObjects=100 Experience=40 Morale=100 Supply=100 Intelligence=100 UpgradeType=NEVER [GroundUnit015] GroundObjectType=T-54 UnitName=Polski 4. Pulk Czolgow ForceID=2 Nation=Poland DefaultTexture=Camo1 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< This line defines the skin of the vehicles of this unit. Here: Camo1 BaseArea=PQ76/21 RandomChance=100 StartObjects=100 MaxObjects=100 Experience=60 Morale=100 Supply=100 Intelligence=100 UpgradeType=NEVER Of course you must have the skins Camo1 and Green for the vehicle. Interestingly in a campaign the insignias will not shown on the groundvehicles, but the tactical numbers and different skins are visible. For single missions insignias and tactical numbers are shown, but no different skins.
  19. For ships it does not work. For groundobjects like tanks or so it was working in WOE. So i guess it should work in SF2 too. But this has to be tested. EDIT: Seems to be that i was wrong. The NATION in texture.ini does not work with ground objects. BUT it is possible to place insignias and numbers on the tanks. Screenshot: czech and polish T-54
  20. Fliegerhorst Crepon, a small airfield in the Normandy between Caen and Bayeux. Scenery shots: area of small hangars The tower and some barracks tent hangars hidden between trees
  21. In real life the Strela shooters were not using UAZ jeeps. They were part of the motorized infantry units. The shooters were placed on BTR or BMP vehicles as you see on following picture: Strela 2 on BTR-60 (SPW-60PB) during fire exercice at Zingst training ground near Baltic Sea. Strela 2 on BMP-1 during a parade.
  22. AFAIK it is not possible to use the target editor with the original LOD based Iceland terrain made by TK. The other Iceland terrain, which is in the download section, workes fine with mue's target editor.
