All of my game purchasing (including WOFF) has been put on hold until I can scrape up enough cash to grab me one of these video cards. Hopefully it will extend the life of my old PC another year or 2. These cards come with 2GB of VRAM and can run off as little as 300W power supply. And the price is not too bad at ~$150...

Not trying to steal Aroth's thread, but seeing the posts about WOFF running on low end systems peaked my interest. If those with low end systems could post their specs, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've just picked up IL2 Cliffs of Dover and while there is a mod to make it somewhat playable, it still needs to be fixed. In the meantime, I'm playing some IL2 1946 and starting to play with the IL2 1956 Jet Era mod. Looking good so far...

with that setup I doubt you need to run game booster. also, try running OFF without overclocking your CPU or maybe back it off a bit...
