  1. Hihihi - in my life I often used the sixth line!
  2. A wise old lady! One that suits me a lot: 32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does. We have many such calendars or booklets with similar wisdoms in German, But this one definitely has the right spice: humour.
  3. Try it again, boys - I have just got in.
  4. Just google for pictures with "Romain Hugault" and you'll get lots. He has good knowledge of the aircraft of WW2.
  5. I found several of his works translated to German. Here is a page of "Über den Wolken" (Above the Clouds): "Le Pilote de l'Edelweiss" will only appear next year.
  6. Got me two black notebooks like these, with black stretch bands to hold them closed. They have a very soft high quality paper, which I can draw or write on with an ink pen. These are my new pilot notebooks now, and it is real fun to use them, to write in them. Seems I'm coming to the age, where you enjoy such minor details.
  7. My pleasure, gaw!
  8. Survived another great fight with Jasta 32, against Escadrille 90. There was one Nieuport 24 amongst the French, that carried British roundels. I think his name was Pierre Weiss (which would be a German family name)??? Anyway - a lot of action east of Verdun!
  9. No, seems you're right - the "Roll" function doesn't work with CFS3.
  10. Good one! I just walked the dog and saw a football game om a little field near my home. No league of anything, just two regional, not widely known teams. But they played with so much energy and enthusiasm. Maybe we should simply go to such plays, and ignore the FIFA and their perverted football.
  11. What hardware do you have? The TrackIR4 and 5 have "Roll", and I guess without "Roll" I wouldn't be able to look over the cockpit sides? Not sure. I'll go ingame and report.
  12. Damn good rating!
  13. Indian Summer here, so to say (although the Indians are missing). Work could be more - everyone seems like paralysed about the Euro. I wonder where this will all go... Don't worry about Roth - German soldiers can live for years on mothballs.
  14. Maybe the FIFA buffs are not even aware of what they stand for? I guess, if you allowed them to get the copyright on poppies shown inside a soccer arena, and then to get them printed as stickers or created as plastic flowers, and sell them - then they wouldn't mind. (I wonder how much money they must have charged to allow the nervewrecking Vuvuzeelas!)
  15. Very good! They haven't lost that British humour.
  16. Okay, thanks, Hellshade. Now come on: tell us how much they paid you for all this good PR work!
  17. Well, YAW is turning your head left and right, gaw. Yes, the Center command can be put on a stick button. I have it on a top thumb button. You could try my profile here - you only need to assign the joystick buttons new. Mine is a mix of a found one, Creaghorns, and my additions. It works very immediate. It should also work with TrackIR4 (I have TR4 hardware, but TR5 software updated). Extract it and put it here in the program's folder: NaturalPoint > TrackIR5 > Profiles Then start TrackIR and select it. Click "Exclusive", so it won't change on each start. .
  18. Ah, that sounds more like in STALKER then - that should be good; I prefer that.
  19. Nice to hear! Is he still the "original" first Wilhelm Roth, CaptSopwith?
  20. I have never played any RPGs which are settled in ancient worlds, except DIABLO, SACRED and DRAGON AGE. Now, if I don't like the graphics and the actions handling/"steering" of the character in DRAGON AGE - would "SKYRIM" be near that, or rather different?
  21. Alright, thank you guys!
  22. I knew the Americans were crazy. Now I know: they used to be crazy in a much cooler way.
  23. Could be, that the regulations are so strict about ANY additional signs, which might express anything else but football; so that no one is given any reason for an opposing temper or hooliganism. But as for FIFA - that lot is so goddamn corrupt, that I wonder, why they don't go as far as to sell the desired results to the highest, best bidder? Or do they do that already?
