That one is great mate! Was thinking of something similar. Hope that some more birds for both air forces find their way in here. -

If the Dédalo had landing cables at aft, why not. I just read that the ship had Harriers onboard which took off the "normal" way. -

Mission type and loadout problems
ValAstur posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
Hey guys Dunno if it's a problem concerning the latest patch, but since I got the July2012 version of the games, I'm not able to change the mission type and the loadout for a stock plane. Although the F-4J has either "Strike" and "Anti-Ship" written in it's data.ini, I'm only able to select "Strike" in the single mission window. If I change the loadout.ini, enabling the use of the WallEye for Strike, the loadout window only shows 6 MK82 bombs as written into it's original loadout.ini. Do the standard ini's override the custom ini's? I wanted to create a F-4JM for the JMSDF and no matter what I try, SF2 still gives me the bombs instead of the WallEye. Any explanation? -

Haven't seen it like that. Maybe I must try Europe or Israel map. But why can't I equip the Walleye and have to keep the bombs? -
Why is everybody bugging out from SF series?
ValAstur replied to FLOGGER23's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
There are times when I also think: To hell with SF2 and so on. With every patch released, less possibilities to to play around with planes, testing things... The only thing that keeps me alive in this game is the enormous amount of possibilities SF2 offers concerning what-if construction. While real life birds only want the most realistic representation in the game, what-if leaves your fantasy to create whatever combinations of planes/air forces with even more skins. When what-if stops being interesting and/or demanded, I'll stop hanging around. -
