f-15e can do 9g turn in real life ... while in SF2 she do only 4g as the highest G turn then it lose the engine's power , i guess i need to work on its FM!
Sorry - but that video shows an F-15 doing a turn of some sort and gives no information whatsoever to show that it pulls 9G at any point - you need to see the HUD tape to see whats really happening.
