  2. I been working on ArmourDave's Korat Airbase. I'm wondering if You Guys think I should release it. I'll be done with it in the next couple of Days. It would require You to Download AD's Korat, AB, If You haven't got it already. It'll be compatable with all versions of SF/WOX and SF2. I've been using actual Photographs in My placements. Korat Airbase, Thailand. The Hog Pen..... The Turkey Pen with EB-66's...... The Turkey Pen with C-130's..... It'll have more Eye Candy then what's shown here....   3. Wouldn't doubt it. H&MS ORD Units did alot of monkeyin' around.Yes the GPU-2 was a Smaller Dia. But were in the Mk.4 Housing We used..... The M-197 had a Re-Chargable Battrey in the Pod. The Mk.11 Mod 5 had to use the Aircraft's own electrical System. I never seen both on Phantoms, Just smaller Aircraft.
  4. The GPU-2 used the Mk 4 Pod. Sometimes the aft Section of the GPU-2 were flat. Gas Supressor on the end was alittle different. We used to call them "Mk.4-3's"......But it's no biggie.
  5. And if You want to get real technical about Your Navy/Marine Phantoms......Add TER's to the Outboard and Centerline Stations. If it can carry a MER, It can surely carry a TER...... Semper Fi! 331KillerBee

  7. Or better yet, Don't load them from Your LoadoutScreen.........Make them Capable through the F-4Data.INI (Adding GP), But change the Loadout for that Mission in the Loadout.INI....They won't load them unless You make them....

  10. Us Marines are morrbid in our own sick way..... The reason for the Noses painted the way they are is the Marine Corps thought about forming an Aerobatic Team. VMFA-235 was to be that Team. But the CNO canx the Idea, Saying that the "Navy already had a Flight Demostration Team." The Blue Angels......235 were going to fly the F-8's. (VMF(AW)-235) But of course, Vietnam broke out.... 235 kept these Colors until they stood down with F/A-18's in 1992.

  12. It may be where You are placing the Decal. This Line.... MeshName=Line05 <<<<<< Try Changing it to fuselage_front or fuselage_middle if it's AD's F-105...fuselage_center or fuselage_rear for ThirdWire's F-105D.... 331KillerBee
  13. http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showforum=189 Read the KB for some Tips. It's just like SF1 Basically. But in SF2, It adds Weapons like adding Ground Objects. Just be sure to have the SF2 Weapons Editor,(That You can get here at CA or at TW's Site) And BE SURE TO ADD ALL FILES THAT PERTAIN TO THAT WEAPON TO IT'S RESPECTIVE FOLDER.(.INI's, .Lod's,.Bmp's,.Tga's.......ect.) Merging can be done via taking the Old WeaponsData.INI and changing the Encoding from ASNI to Unicode in NotePad prior to Merging in the New Weapons Editor. Be sure to test the Weapons out one at a time to fix any Bugs. If You get a conflict Message from Windows that says something like "Can not read MissleObject.Dll" Then something is out of place. Take one Folder out at a time until You don't get that Message. When it works, The last File that You removed has something wrong with it. Hope This Helps. 331KillerBee

  16. It's because YAP2 is not set up to take advantage of WOV's Campaigns. YAP2 is 100+ User Generated scripted Missions that have all the Visuals, (ie Models, Textures, Effects....ect.) To effectly make them work. The Developer has researched the Missions via contacting the actual Pilots that flew the Missions durning the War. But due to the Fact that YAP2 is dependent upon special additions, (ie Models,Textures,Effects...ect.) Campaigns will not work with that Install. If You would like to take advantage of WOV's Campaigns, I reccomend doing another Install of WOV or purchase SF2, if You haven't already, and WOV2 is currently under development and will be out soon. Which will be an Add-On for SF2. Hope this helps. 331KillerBee

  22. DX.....True. But there's is a thing called GraphicsEngine.dll in the Systems Folder.......(Now I remember) BTW....Open it with a Hex Editor and see what Ya' got.

  24. Yep, FC is right. I remember asking TK about this a couple of Years ago when I was putting together the first Version of OTC..........The Engine does it. But for the life of Me, I can't recall which .Dll he said does it......The Engine detects how much Memory Your Vid card has and will Bench Mark off of that. Besides, You ever wonder how the Game detects what Vid Card You have in the Options Screen? 331KB
