I don't customized any Campaign till now . About the lack of skin for the Chargers,I note that differently from the other skin,the VF-161 one don't have the D folder with the various .tga files so is this the problem?And how to fix it?

You're right,but personally I don't have the necessary know-how... And about the VF-161 skin,i was over-optimistic declaring "all worked" before try a mission.In fact I've only a black skinned F-4, as happened for the Vautour...

Thanks MigBuster, fortunately I've the 3W Customiser. My question was probably 'cause I'm in my first journey in the "mods world",so since I'm in the low of a learning curve,this wwill help for future use or to fix eventful problems. But again thanks! Also solved the VF-161 skin,I downloaded the Column5 skin.At first I've some trouble ,because despite my attempt to add the texture in the F-4B_67.INI,don't show in game;so after comparing the skin folder with the others I discovered that the VF-161 folder don't have the TextureSet.ini.so I duly copied that of the VF-111 skin,changed the needed line ( Directory,Squadron,ecc) and all worked! I've only a small issue as the modex is showed in two digit instead of three,as for any U.S.Navy fighter squadron. Gianni

Good all guys. In SF2V,during the Linebacker Campaign with the Navy,3W provides for the VF-114 and -213 the F-4B (67) as mount,but in reality the two units used the F-4J. So,exist a way to change the B for the J in the game? I've a full merged game with the Air and Ground Expansion Pack v1.0 installed . Also,I know that in the Gold edition of the abovementioned ExpPack is present the correct skin for the VF-161 during Linebacker;the skin exist as a single download? Thanks in advance. Gianni

Look like the trick of removing the F-4E_KURNASS_73_AVIONICS.INI work!Thanks again guys. Another small question ( I know,I'm pedantic...),I've installed the NF-5A from ravenclaw http://combatace.com/files/file/9484-nf-5a-for-sf2-ver102/. Run perfectly but if want add fuel tanks,they aren't present in the loadout screen.

For any new campaign I've downloaded I created a new .exe copy from a 5 full merged original .exe and I've followed religiously the readme instructions. For example,in a generic "new" game that I've renamed EuropeMods,I've installed all the European Add-on planes/skins and the Kurnass upgrades 1.2 ( the same present in the SF2I Extension Pack right?) and there work normally. And ,obviously,I've SF2I

I can't find the AVIONICS_INI in any of my games folders in the SavedGames/bla bla... only F-4E_KURNASS_73.INI

Thanks Geary ,now it work!!!!! Any idea about the F-4 radar? It is like in the image I've posted above ,look freezed,without any sign of the scanning line,I can't shift function,turn it on/off,nothing!

Good days guys, still with the same problems... The Vautour pit look perfect, But the skin is still miss And the F-4 Kurnass radar is still unusable,this left me ( not the wingmen ) without Sparrow! Strangely,the basic F-4E Kurnass and the EAF one don't have problems. P.S. I noted that the F-4E (73),(75) and (78) have a lot more items in the folder and a Cockpit folder not present in the basic Kurnass. Gianni

About the inoperable radar this is how look. And until you don't choose a weapons,even the gunsight isn't showed. Worried that I can't use smart weapons,I tried a Single Mission ,a strike with GBU-15 in the 1982 and the radar work normally...so what can be the problem?

In single mission the -IIN and -IIB have the skin but not the -IIA. Also in the YKW campaign with the F-4,last night I finished a mission and in the debriefing screen I was informed that my Squadron was upgraded to the F-4 (73) version.Nothig of special,already see thousand time,I exit from the game and turn off the PC. Today when continuing the campaign,and also in the single mission,the F-4s radar don't work! look as turned on,but I can't switchfunction range,ecc,don't scan and even impossible to shut down....

I've installed the eburger68's Extension Pack in a 5 full merged game;I can play with the Vautour without problem,the only issue is the skin that is completely black. The skin is the one edited by wilco if remember correctly.

Hi guys, I've installed the SF2I Exp Pack but when use the Vautour,in any timeframes ,both Campaign or single Mission,the planes are completely black. Not a simple question, but indicatively around the 1957/58 'til the 1968 the planes (Ouragan,Vautor,SMB2,)used the Blue/Brown camo. In the 1968,with the arrival of the A-4s,IAF start adopt the Sand/Brown/Green livery that survived with the A-4 and F-4 until withdrawal from service of the types. But even so,can be some little difference on the shade of some camo's colors.For example the green in the Ahit fresh from the McDonnell factory was different from the one of Israeli manufacture. If you need somethings of more specific ask without problem. In the Suez War ( indicatively the timeframe you set up),the piston engined birds used the two tones camo and the fast jet was left in natural metal. Not completely sure about the Mosquito,I need check my books. Gianni -

Good day all guys, after some days play the different Campaign and new Aircraft all I can say is Wooow! and I want add THANK ALL YOU MODDER for the amount of work you put to improve thr 2W experience! Still some minor issue but all problem of my PC;also .someone create a mod to carry 2 or 3 Lau-10 Zuni pod on MERs,this load was extensively used in Vietnam on Marines F-4. Again thanks all! Gianni -

The Tornado issue is a misunderstanding ,in fact the fuel tanks/ECM pod are present per default,so I'the firs box in the load out will be ignored! P.S. I'm searching for a Aussie F-18 skin;I searched on my mobile and I find one but not searching on the PC,why? Gianni Ok,just found! -

Hi guys, after experiment with various campaign/single missions,I deduced that the few problem I'd riscontred are for a PC performance ( RAM,ecc...),so I started to mind seriously a new computer. In the meantime I'll prectice at best I can with my sims. Anyway,Im so happy with the add-0ns I downlaoded! And I start think how much fub I'll obtain with a better suited PC! But I find two small oddity: - In ODS single mission with a RAF Tornado,I can't load a correct weapons load;the best I can is a pair of Hindemburg external tanks,two 'Winders and the offensive punch on the belly pylons,so neither BOZ-107 and/or Sky Shadow ECM pod on the outer pylon.Conversely the AMI Tornado is 100% correct -Again single mission,this time in SF2V with Expansion Pack when flying the Intruder this is how look The fuel tanks can't be jettisoned and the weapons are suspended directely from them. But this don't happened in SF2NA ... Any fix??? Gianni -

Hi guys, agin me with some question. Today I learn how made flyable the F-104 ( I'm the only italian that don't love the Zipper but I can't left it as an AI plane) and dw various Add-on/skins,comprised the F-104 Starfighter Super Mega Pack v35. Great job as always but I noted that I can't load the wingtip tanks,is there a solution? And I remember that is possible replace the default skin of the various campaign with more accurate ones. For example for SF2V I want replace the VF-114 markings of Linebacker with some that I've dwded. Also,3W supplie the F-4B for that era Aardvark squadron instead of the J variant;again any mod?And a correct skin for that timeframe' VF-161? -

I forgot to mention it,but I've SF2V,to honest and if my mind don't lose something,2V was the first of the "new" title from 3W I bought! And about First Eagle,1WW don't attract me ,I hope to no offende anyones!
