Mirage III & Nesher Gun Sight Fix.

View File Mirage III & Nesher Gun Sight Fix. Mirage III and Nesher Gun Sight Fix. This mod corrects the Stock Third Wire Gun Sights for the Mirage IIICJ Shahak, Mirage IIICJ Shahak (71), Nesher and as a bonus the DLC 17 RAAF Mirage fighters. I recently read the Osprey book Israeli 'Mirage and Nesher Aces' and 'Mirage III vs Mig-21 Six Day War 1967.' Both books are full of gun camera images of Israeli Mirage IIICJ and Nesher fighters killing MIGs. From these I realised Third Wire has made an error on all the Mirage gun sights by aligning the (horizontally elongated) aircraft reference cross with the gun bore-sight and thus the gun piper. In the Nesher and Mirage IIIO that leaves the actual gun bore-sight cross sitting above the gun piper doing nothing. This mod corrects the position and alignment of the aircraft reference cross, gun piper and gun bore-sight cross (Nesher and Mirage IIIO). This correction should be applied to any other version of Mirage III, Mirage 5, Nesher or Dagger you have that uses a Third Wire Mirage cockpit and/ or Mirage gun sight. CombatAce fair use agreement applies. Cheers, Dan. Submitter dtmdragon Submitted 05/03/2019 Category Avionics -

File Name: Nesher Over Israel. SF2. File Submitter: yakarov79 File Submitted: 04 February 2017 File Category: Israeli Origin This is total pack of IAI Nesher versions used by Israeli Air Force. Pack contains all required models and it is based on regular TW model and available mods on Combat Ace. All skins are based on templates by ludo.m54 => http://combatace.com/files/file/13121-mirage-5-templates/ Ive rearanged camo paints and made different versions for different squadrons etc. Ive also edited ini files mostly in weapon stations to seperate bomb stations from IRM, FT etc. Also i did some limits i weight for recon versions. All two seaters mods are based on denisoliveira models. Ive renamed all required folder /fake pilots/ mods to avoid causing problems with older versions. You need fake pilot mod to run some of the parts from this pack. To run this mod you need also access to TW lod files from SF2:I (lods and cockpits for shahak and nesher) Generaly full merged instal of SF2 family is recomended. All canopies can be open by Shift+1 animation key. Aircrafts in this pack: N NESHER S single seater jet fighter NESHER T '72 first version of two seater NESHER T '74 two seat fighter trainer late upgraded mostly with new avionics All skins are done by me in 2048x2048 format based on templates by ludo.m54 custom decals template and some ideas taken from wilco pack =>http://combatace.com/files/file/10954-iai-nesher-for-sf2i/ Credits: Ive made all decals for all versions covering years of use in IAF based on available reference materials. SOme numbers might not be historicaly correct. At least 4 of them. Two seater versions are based on original pack by denissoliveira =>http://combatace.com/files/file/16221-iai-nesher-t/ 3d mods - denissoliveira nose skins in 2048x2048 format yakarov79 data.ini Coupi and small fixes by me. National and squadron markings as always in my case are painted on skins. Kills decals. Ive mede new decals sets covering kills due to aircraft / squadron / year. Not all of them are 100% acurate but i was trying to do my best. For sure kills needs some updates in the future. Also if user needs can change real kills markings to standard TW type of kills which will be based on actual player score. You have to edit decal.ini file by removing specific lines. Also required lines for different kills are already there. Effect files are added. Ive also used standard sound files that everyone should have at this point (year 2017). report bugs. Hope you will like it. Enjoy Jarek Hereda Click here to download this file -

File Name: IAI Nesher T File Submitter: denissoliveira File Submitted: 09 July 2016 File Category: Israeli Origin IAI Nesher T The Israel Aircraft Industries Nesher (Hebrew: ?, "Vulture" - often mistranslated as "Eagle") is the Israeli version of the Dassault Mirage 5 multi-role fighter aircraft. Most were later sold to the Argentine Air Force as Daggers, and later upgraded as Fingers. -Design and development Israel had to replace more than 60 aircraft lost during the Six Day War and the War of Attrition which followed. Before the war, Israel began co-development with Dassault to build the Mirage 5 and it was eventually built by Israel and named Raam in Hebrew (thunder). Dassault Aviation had developed the Mirage 5 at the request of the Israelis, who were the main foreign customers of the Mirage III. The Israeli Air Force (IAF) wanted the next version to have less all-weather capability in exchange for improved ordnance carrying capacity and range as the weather in the Middle East is mostly clear. In January 1969, the French government arms embargo on Israel (in response to the 1968 Israeli raid on Lebanon) prevented the first 30 Mirage 5 aircraft (which were already paid for by Israel) plus optional 20 from being delivered and cut off support for the existing Mirage IIICJ fleet. This was a setback for the Israeli Air Force, who needed the new Mirage to compensate for the losses of the Six Day War and was still using the Mirage IIIC. Israel then decided to produce the (Raam A and B project) airframes as it had the necessary plans, although Israel did not officially obtain a manufacturing license. Officially, Israel built the aircraft after obtaining a complete set of drawings. However, some sources claim Israel received 50 Mirage 5s in crates from French Air Force (AdA), while the AdA took over the 50 aircraft originally intended for Israel. Production began in 1969 with the first empty airframes with no weapons, electronics, seat, or engine included delivered directly from Dassault Aviation. The first Raam A was delivered in May, 1971. In November, 1971 the plane was renamed Nesher. The Neshers' airframe was identical to the Mirage 5, but there was an extensive refitting of Israeli avionics, a Martin-Baker zero-zero ejection seat, and improved provisions for a wider range of AAMs (Air-to-Air Missiles), including the Israeli Shafrir heat-seeking missile. Fifty-one Nesher fighters (Nesher S) and ten Nesher two-seat trainers (Nesher T) were built in all. The Nesher had simpler avionics than the Mirage IIIC but was slightly less maneuverable. However, it had longer range and bigger payload. The reduced maneuverability did not prevent the Nesher from performing well in air combat during the Yom Kippur war. Nesher production was phased out from 1978 to make way for an improved Mirage derivative that had been planned in parallel, in which the Atar engine was replaced by an Israeli-built General Electric J79 engine, the engine used on the American Lockheed F-104 Starfighter and McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II fighters. The result was the IAI Kfir. -Operational Israeli Nesher over the Golan Heights during the Yom Kippur War The first Nesher prototype flew in September 1969, with production deliveries to the IAF beginning in May 1971, ending in February 1974. These aircraft performed well during the 1973 Yom Kippur War, claiming over a hundred kills. Install: Strike Fighters Israel or Strike Fighters merge. IAI NESHER SF2I/Full Merged Here's the first of a new series of the long Mirage aircraft's family that we are creating with the Banidos Team, "IAI Nesher", my favorite Delta and one of those more action. But isn't an easy plane to fly, never attempt turns below 300km/h if there is not enough energy. The package contains new drop tanks and a new detailed model Shafrir missile. About effects you'll realize when you reach mach 1 that the famous round halo around the plane is generated, it remains only at that speed. Since I don't know much of Nesher integrated squads, I used the numbers created by Wilco decals for his skins sets for original TW's Nesher. This model uses the cockpit of TW original of Nesher.
