About This File

This is version 2.0 of my Green Hell mod for WoV. Main goal of this mod is to add dense tree coverage to the Vietnam map. New in the 2.0 are the heavily populated city tiles. Most of the files from 1.0 have been remade, adjusted or added.

Quick summary:

-Three levels of detail for you to choose from.

-All new jungle graphics

-Cities, the way they should be. More or less :-)

-Objects numbers per tile vary from x2 up to x4 more than in GH.

-All foliage graphics replaced by new, better blending with the terrain textures, and in higher resolution.

-More detail added to the villages, as an attempt to create better looking settlements, but still limited to what Terrain Editor can offer.

-Generally nicer views, lower framerates ;-)

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for this absolutely stunning mod for WoV. Absolutely amazing. I still can't get over the difference it makes, it really cranks up the immersion and suspension of disbelief the simulation provides to no end! Once again - thanks very much, I really enjoy your work!

In readme.txt is written:

"The distance at which trees render is set by variable

DetailMeshSize=

where defaluts are 4 for low, 5 for medium and 6 for high, values are in KM?

If you have strong system you may wish to increace the DetailMeshSize= to higher number.

Values like 10, 12 or 14 seems to work ok on med-high systems, but you'll have to increase"

And I would like to know which file is containing this lines. THX. My Options.ini, VietnamSEA.ini VietnamSEA_data.ini in WOV folders don't contain this lines. THX

Don't know what happening.

This mod worked great befor, but after I installed patch from october 2008, trees won't show, even after I re installed GH2.

Ideas anyone?

Will GH2 work for SF 2: Vietnam as well? How do I install it if so. Thanks.
