Lost my missin loading sound

So, I lost the loading sound that comes after the loadout screen before the mission starts. Can someone please tell me where to find or edit the sound so I can see what is wrong?

The fact that he wants war is because his feelings got hurt because he didn't (nor was able to) win an actual Nobel Prize. The fact that he got it secondhand is reason enough to know that he's completely lost his marbles.
