VinylLaguerta Posted Sunday at 04:42 AM Posted Sunday at 04:42 AM I have just downloaded daddyairplanes' "Charlie Vipers on Guard Part 3: Block 40/42s in the 90s 1.0.01" mod, and was looking forward to using the AMRAAMs. Unfortunately, All AMRAAM variants that were included in the file did not show up on the weapons loadout screen when I opened SF2. In fact, those were the only AA missiles part of the weapons file that did not show up at all. I checked the weapons folder again, and they were there. I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated, Cheers.
Wrench Posted Sunday at 06:26 AM Posted Sunday at 06:26 AM Have you changed the operational years of the game (ie: year spread). That mod is for 1990 and later. The STOCK game has an end date of around 1985 You probably need to make the necessary adjustments as show here (albeit for 1stGens, but the same inis are used in SF2) Also, check the terrain you're (trying) to fly over. Many have a hard coded 'end date' that will need to be adjusted If you can't figure it out, post in this thread and we'll try and straighten you out 2

daddyairplanes Posted Sunday at 05:31 PM Posted Sunday at 05:31 PM well, the other guy beat me to it i should make mention of that in the readme, except that 99% of end users dont read those. but yes, it was intended for a timeframe outside of stock installs. if youre running stock, you'll have problems galore. a big clue in the future that you need to change the install or terrain dates is if you select an aircraft and it only has one year available to play in 1
