does anybody know what this instrument is for , you will find it in the Israeli and the Turkish late F-4E versions

any clue or info will Help me

based on the net this could be the CMAW. IND. (countermeassure alert and warning indicator) if so i have still no clue how it works and what it displays

could it be something from when IAI upgraded Turkish Phantoms in the late 90s? thought i had when you mentions Israeli and late Turkish birds...

It could all be AI slop, but I can't find any better references.

CHAN. IND. is the most plausible marking, given that there are red and green parts of display edges.
And "green" primary and "red" secondary radio are common names for the radio configuration in NATO aircraft.

That's my 100% non-AI take on this topic
