Issues extracting the ODS zip files?

Hiya, 

I have downloaded all 4 of the ODS files but i keep getting this message when i try to extract:

 

I am assuming its something with the naming as 2 of the files dont show up as zip files

Update your software first, you need the latest version of WinRAR or 7-Zip. Complete instructions on how to properly install the mod here:

I’d like to add to what’s already been said that this only works with the latest versions of operating systems. If you (like me, for example) are still using the wonderful but outdated Windows XP, then the archivers compatible with it won’t be able to handle these archives.

I am on win 11, I will re download all 4 files and use 7zip to open then, hopefully this will remove the chance of user error at my end

Did you read what Menrva said? You don't open the compressed files as traditionally you might. That mod is a self installer packed as compressed files, the main file needs to be mounted. Theres a tutorial at the link he provided.
