AngelP and I are trying to create new TODs for the Rio de la Plata terrain, but we are not there yet, is there any tutorial available for TOD creation?

To create a new TOD

Open Terrain editor from TK
Load a terrain
Click on texturelist
menu is opening
Click on edit object map list
menu is opening
click on new
menu is opening
click on edit object type
menu is opening
click on new

and then good luck with this buggy tool

The easiest way is to go to existing terrains and look for a TOD in the size and shape which you need.
This you can use easily in Mue's TOD editor. Simply copy and paste. If needed it can repainted to make it fit for your needs.

In this editor you can also import existing LOD's wich can be use as TOD.

With the last way i imported the stock US Jeep LOD as TOD on a tile of my USA Michigan terrain

The problem is, that you can have only one texture file for all solid TOD and one for all alpha TOD (trees). Thatswhy the Jeeps have all the skins of the TOD houses. And this looks weird.

Then i changed the texture file to the stock Jeep skin

Now the jeeps are looking good. But the housed are looking weird.

If you want to add cars or trucks to a tile which has only a road and trees, then it is no problem. If you want to have houses, cars and trees you will have to live with the fact, that either houses or cars are looking weird.
