Im pretty sure he didnt. Although I have been waiting for this bomber for quite some time. Cant wait to see some of the skins for this baby, a fictional SEA scheme would be especially cool.

Its not abandoned. He wroks on it from time to time inbetwean other projetcs. Hes got tons of cool stuf onhis hard drive but he has kids too.

I have a ton of data compiled for the b-70 flight model.

But it all needs to be translated into data ini files...

Been traveling/working too hard at work all day to feel like doing it at night.

On the weekends, I spend as much time as I can having fun with my wife and son.

 

I just changed jobs and will have a normal 40-hour work week/go home every night lifestyle.

So, I may get motivated to make progress on the flight model again.

I have a ton of data compiled for the b-70 flight model.

 

Keep in mind that the production B-70s would have flown higher and faster, with a top speed of Mach 3.2 or 3.3 around 80,000+ feet. XB-70 A/V 1 was limited to Mach 2.5 because of issues with skin separation. A/V 2 had no problems, and could cruise at mach 3~ with no problems, but was lost before it could fully explore the B-70's flight regime.

Thought the b-70 was dead but it seem it`s still there ,yeah, would love to see it someday flying around in the tk series! Take your time!

At 6000km map size, it would take about two hours to fly across the map, ignoring climb out and descent.
