He lists it as a 1952 Sabre Jet F-86D WWII

How can it be from 1952 AND WWII?

My uncle owns an airstrip up in the Yukon... at one point he had an old RCAF T-33, but he could fly it on the warmest days of summer, so he sold it to a museum somewhere. It was a mantinence hog anyway. Imagine owning one of the planes that you fly in your flight sims!

So this is how the RNZAF got rid of their Skyhawks...

I could definitely go for that Su-27 but imagine your kids faces when they arrive to school in the back of a Hind... :good:

I was just thinking that, commuting to school in a jet. I wonder how my university security would respond to landing a harrier in the parking lot. I wonder if they'd give me a ticket for it even if I had the parking sticker

For the same price, I could buy a Mig-29 fulcrum or P-51 mustang. Decisions, decisions?

For $2 mil, I can get either a custom made ferrari, or a fairly young Su-27 flanker. I think I'll take both if I won the megamillions jackpot! (now there's some wishful thinking)

$20,000, ....I spent more than that which I didn't have on my pilot's liscence and rateings. Unfortuunately that means that I still don't have the minimum 20k.

.....Quick one of you millionairs buy it so no one gets any fancy ideas of expending it as a drone

That poor baby. Deserves to be fully restored and sitting in the Cavanaugh in Addison.
