Terrain Migration

Is it possible to migrate the high resolution terrain of FE to SFP1/WoV or WoE?

I DK about from FE to others, but I would like to know about migration in to FE. There are some very nice mountain terrrains that would do nicely for Italy and the Adriatic.

ok tried it with WOI low level flights took a bigtime FPS hit,and got alot tearing. when set on high or unlimited settings. At higher alts. FPS nwas tolerable at med settings. Hope the helps.

Very difficult. I tried it with Vogesen terrain and i failed.

As I suspected. It seems that if we want to fly in the Adriatic it will require new terrain.

tried american NW in WW1 FE it failed to work in anyway.

Just tried vogesen now and failed miserably....

So FE terrains in the jet sims is a no go. Which leads me to: porting jets into FE. I have tried this with an A-4 and was (kinda) successful. I didn´t take any FPS hit and jet engines seems to be supported but some features might be missing from the FE engine. I think I will run some tests when i get back home.

Are any of the .dlls regarding jets in any of FE's .cat files?

I've ported (ok, copied) GermanyCE to FE Exp1 w/o problems. The other way seems almost not possible.

You can put the jets into FE without problem. But to bring the terrain from FE to the other sims is impossible. Thatswhy i make the civil mod on FE basic and not in WOE.
