+FastCargo Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Also, I will tell you that unless you have a lot of experience in 3d modeling, that may not be the best way to start modding in this series. But like everyone else has said, hit the Knowledge Base FIRST! FastCargo Quote
Kobuspoes Posted June 18, 2008 Author Posted June 18, 2008 Back to the point. with WHAT thing i should start? (skinning, modeling, etc. Quote
+JSF_Aggie Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 (edited) Back to the point. with WHAT thing i should start? (skinning, modeling, etc. I don't see how any of us here can answer that question for you. We don't know what your skill set is, or even more importantly, what your interests are. If whatever you decide on isn't something you enjoy doing, you probably won't continue to work on it for very long. Play the game, read through the knowledge base, extract some .ini files and look through them, and find something that you think you'll enjoy working. We can't rank every possibility by order of difficulty. Edited June 18, 2008 by JSF_Aggie Quote
Kobuspoes Posted June 18, 2008 Author Posted June 18, 2008 I am pretty much interested in modeling, and i have a bit of scripting skills. Maybe that is something? Quote
+Gr.Viper Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Well, I remember a free 30-day trial of 3D max being offered at the official website. Quote
