Hawk SAM misbehaviour...

Does anybody know of a fix for the add-on Hawk SAMs, which always explode on their launchers instead of launching?

in the HAWK launcher data ini, set the MinPitch angle something greater than 10 degree .. 20 works OK

Nicholas Bell's WOE NATO Air Defense Mod has the fixes (as well as most of the NATO HAWK sites); Mirage Factory's weapons pak has it, along with 4 new Chapparells -- worth getting; if using the Bunyap Pak, easy to import too.

Does anyone have the NATO air defense mod working? I tried it and got CTD, then removed the target_types.ini and got the game to load. However, still no Hawks. Then I tried replacing all the HAWK specific entries in the targets.ini file with SAM, EW_RADAR, and SAM_RADAR. With all the ground objects installed and these entries in the targets.ini, I thought I would surely get some blue SAM's, but still none.

 

Any other ideas for getting the HAWKS to work?

take a look on last WOi weapon pack... we have add hawk network on israel terrain.

Any chance of getting it uploaded here at CA??? I've had all kinds of slowness trying to get it from across the pond (and the whole damn American continent!!!

 

Just wondering, as I released an IsrealME HAWK & AAA defense upgrade last year, what's different? PLEASE tell me new models!!! New SA-**s!!! The originals HAVE been acting a little funny of late...
