Why has it only one aim-9 and 3 amraam's?

 

Because that is what the loadout called for, for that particular mission.

I'm more interested on the Sniper XR pod the Strike Eagle carried. Is it currently the standard laser targeting pod for F-15Es?

That's the bottom line because,in real life the ordnance is chosen by practicality for the mission,not what will look good.

I have a poster with that Eagle. It's for Raytheon's AESA Radar.

 

Nice. Too bad our lovely neighbours down south have yet to receive their Strike Eagles...(Singapore).
