Early testing...depending on what happens, the whole cockpit might go higher or lower.

Suggested position:

Position=-0.399,10.546,0.9745

Make sure OpenCockpit=TRUE, and Showfromcockpit variables set to TRUE.

KCT GREAT STUFF SargeSun.gifClap.gif

VELTRO makes some DEEP 3Detail in the crew compartments. Crissy-ylflower.gif

I'm using Boopidoo's Su-15 cockpit panels inside the Thudwire Tu-16 model, although there are only two engine guages. Here is what it looks like (maybe needs lowering a bit)...

Tu-16-1.jpg

For heavy bombers, I assume the radar operator, not pilot, has a radar display, and use the game box radar instead of pit panel radar screen. This opens a greater range of available cockpits for radar equipped heavy bombers, including cockpits lacking radar. Only other requirement is a possible need for adding RWR.

The only problem I would need to figure out is getting the pit to go a bit higher, WHILE my own head is staying put. Offset, perhaps?

And this was the other nice detail:

img00053it6.jpg

The S-2 pit is OK, but the actual Tu-95 pit have way more clutter (in terms of gauges and stuff).

EDIT: Suggested pilot figure positions to take maximum effect:

Pilot

SystemType=PILOT_COCKPIT

SeatID=1

PilotModelName=PilotGear1

Position=-0.414,19.982,1.041

SeatModelName=seat_F-15

SeatPosition=-0.424,19.896,0.463

CoPilot

SystemType=PILOT_COCKPIT

SeatID=2

PilotModelName=PilotGear1

Position=0.595,19.982,1.041

SeatModelName=seat_F-15

SeatPosition= 0.6,19.896,0.463

I'm using Florian's pilots, just because I could not figure out where to get the pilots originally specified by the data.
