charlielima 328 Posted May 16, 2009 (edited) Arghh! Splendid Score! It's not Career Opportunities by the Clash, Holiday in Cambodia by the Dead Kennedys, TV Party Tonight by Black Flag, The Theme Song of The Endless Summer by the Sandels or Laika and the Cosmonauts, One Step Beyond by Madness, or Anything by the Aqua Velvets, the Boss Martians, Ramones, Circle Jerks, Minute Men, Meat Puppets, Sucidal Tendencies, X, The Germs, Blondy, Misfits, Gang Of 4, Cure, Cramps, Fear, Jam, Talking Heads, Brian Eno, David Byrne, David Byrne and Brian Eno, TSOL, Disturbed, Ministry, Psycho Firs, Psychotic Pineapple, Corrosian of Conformity. Vicious Hippies, Agent Orange, Damned, Nina Haggen, Kraft Werk, Flipper, Butthole Surfers, Surf Punks, Stranglers, Victims, B-52s, Einsturzende Neubauten, Penelope and the Avengers, Buzzcocks, Pogues, Flogging Molly, Martin Denny, Robbin Trower, Tom Jones, Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Patsy Cline, Marty Robbins, or the Northern Neveda Arsenal Choir. Well Doggies, I think we got this narrowed down. CL Edited May 16, 2009 by charlielima
Rambler 1-1 9 Posted May 16, 2009 Now if everybody will put in the same effort that CL did there, we could have this narrowed down to one or two songs in no time! It's not Wagner, Strauss or Tchaikovsky, it's not Led Zeppelin, Guns n' roses, 30 second crash, Boney M, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Stevie Wonder, Little Richard, Black Heat, The Commodores, Parliament, Average White Band, the Stranglers, Queen, AC/DC, The Who, Tragically hip, REM, 54/40, the barenaked ladies, the nitty gritty dirt band, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Dos Gringos, Carlos Santana, Tito Puenté, Brahms, Bach or Beethoven. It's not John Williams, it's not George Baker, it's not Harry Nilsson, ABBA or System of a Down. And I'm pretty sure it's not Robert Randolph and the Family Band. so that leaves us with... coolpilot 2 Posted May 16, 2009 It´s not Lynyrd Skynyrd, Simple Plan, Blink 182, Sum 41, Van Halen, Motley Crue, Joe Satriani, Foo Fighters, Smash Mouth, Lenny Kravitz, Avenged Sevenfold, Jet, Green Day, U2, Linkin Park, Weezer, Elvis Presley, Hoobastank, Kenny Loggins, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soda Stereo, Black Eyed Peas, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Sammy Haggar, Nirvana, Metallica, Rick Springfield, Beastie Boys, Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Maroon 5, Twisted Sister, Chris Daughtry or The Killers. It sounds like the kind of music you would hear in a movie about cowboys.
crl848 9 Posted May 16, 2009 CL, I like your choice of music ruled out. Sounds like we have a punk fan to go with the metal heads

charlielima 328 Posted May 16, 2009 (edited) I'm afraid it's niether Miles Corbin, Don Tiki, Little Rockers, Refreshments, Sex Pistols, Generation X, Flamming Groovys, Vapors, Gay Bikers On Acid, Go Gos, Cake, Korn, Grateful Dead, Steppenwolf, Snot Puppies, Sniveling Shi!s, Squares, Residents, Rickalick, Los Strait Jackets, Blue Stingrays, Bel Airs, Surfaris, Dick Dale, Katrina and the Waves, Marshal Tucker Band, US Marine Corps Band, Washington Redskins Band. New Riders of the Purple Sage, Spike Jones, Sons of the San Juaquine, Soggy Bottom Boys, Simple Minds, Burnin' Groove, Gadnium, Offspring, Guttermouth, Glue Gun, Tribe After Tribe, Shoot the Moon, Junior Brown, Lefty Frizell or Glenn Cambell. Nor the Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo or the First High Desert Dragoon Orchestra and Marching Band. Spinners 16,263 Posted May 17, 2009 Or possibly 'The Big Country' ??
PinkPanther 0 Posted May 21, 2009 (edited) It's from one of those TV Western shows from the '60s but can't pin point which one. Definitely not Rawhide. This is Big Country. Similar but not sure if it is the same. Big Valley theme song? Yep, thinks that's it or it could be an original song made to sound similar.
