Everyone Just loves Big Bombers. And no-one like USAF made a focal-point of big bombers, they just made USAF history.

All what I can think, remotely similar,, but following at a distance is the soviet concept of backfires formations.

On an another note, the concept of flying battleship, aside from the enjoyable books of DaleBrown, doesn't see too far fetched.
