Geary Posted March 27, 2011 Posted March 27, 2011 Hi all, I'm looking for some Soviet jets for SF2. In particular: A SU-27, 33 and 35. Also a Soviet skin for the converted Gen 1 Mirage Factory MiG-29 I found in the download section here. I also installed a Gen 1 MiG-25 and it seems to work but looks a bit crude in the cockpit. So an updated SF2 MiG-25 would be nice, but I'll also take an updated cockpit for this plane. I see references to some of these planes, like skins in the download SF2 skin section for SU-27. etc., but can't find the plane(s) they fit. Any help is appreciated. Geary Quote

Geary The SU-27 is at Marc fighters... the there is a mod for the 35 somewhere... I don't think there is a 33 yet .And I'm betting everything your looking for is already put together in Nato fighters 4+ or the modern warfare Formosa campaign. +daddyairplanes Posted March 27, 2011 Posted March 27, 2011 as for order of installon NF4+, go from oldest to newest. the Su27 is in there as is the Mig-29. the naval Flanker is available in the Gen2 download section. for skins for both look in the Gen1 download section for skins for Mirage Factory (MF or TMF) aircraft. those should be compatable although you may have to place the decal folder in the correct folder in your SF2 mods folder. i think the 35 is covered as a what if (maybe the Spanish Flanker) and can be converted back with the right skins and some ini editing. +daddyairplanes Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 (edited) best bet is to search the Gen 1 download section for what you want. there is some Red air in the Gen 2 as well. but 500 some aircraft, cockpits and skins (in Gen 2) to over 5000 in gen 1, you do the math. also read over the Knowledge Base carefully. that is your TM, FM and 13&P for changin older birds to Gen 2 standard. be advised some are so old they will have holes in the model(shows as white spots in the skin) or act really wierd or just look like crap. ok well the crap originates from another site but more on that later. good luck huntin and convertin and if you find some orbats for the Russian side circa 1948 lemme know! All 9 of them. Now I'm trying to figure out what order to install them in. I have NF4 for WOE and enjoy it very much. Thanks for the ideas.
