looking for some skin temples

Hello everyone,

 

I am looking for these jet skin temples for these models

 

Mirage F1

 

BAe Hawk

 

C130

 

so I can create the Kuwaiti Air Force skin for these threeJet. any help in this regards will be appreciation

templates for Dels' Hercs are, iirc, in the 1stGen downloads section somewhere.

 

for the others, none exist that I've ever seen (unless TMF has one somewhere for the F.1)

when a template in nonexistant, one has to build one from scratch. Not tooooooooooo, if one is used to working with multiple layers, just time consuming as all hell! (and I should know!!)

Mirage F1 Temps are around somewhere. I have them on my hdd for years.

But don´t know where i got them...

I've got one for the Hawk - it isn't the most detailled I've ever done, but it'll get you started. I'll upload this afternoon.

Thank you fro the templet, and this is my work. but I have some proplem getting the number to show on the nose of the jet. any help

6 decals on the vertTail?

That won´t work!

max. 2 Decals per side.

Is KUWN the decal for the Number?

If so, place them on the nose and not on tail.

Are quite sure about that? Because I regularly do that without any problems whatsoever.

Ok so If I need to add the number to the nose then it will be somthing like this:

and yes the KUWN is for the english number and I need to add another one that I am having the error with is the Arabic and I will be calling it KUWNA

 

 

one more thing:

is this all the lists of the parts:

SFP1 ---> Strike Fighters Project 1

yes you are limited!

but 2 per side.

f.e. Nose left 2 decals, and nose right 2 decals.

A little tip:

Start first with one decal. Bring it into position and check that´s all ok,

then start placing the 2nd decal etc...

so you can better find mistakes and eliminate them....

Yes.

Try it as i told you.

Start with one Decal and after that is done, do the 2nd one and so on.

With that method you will have not so many oportunities for a fault

as you have nov!

Belive me, i´m doing it for over 5 years now.... ;-)

Is it a a text wich is like numbers (different text on each Aircraft) or only one text on all aircrafts?

if it is the same text on every aircraft decal level shouldn´t be 2.

decal level 2 is used for numbers ---> different numbers on Aircrafts.

I think you should read again this:

OK one thing if I havethe model in 3ds can I us the agreement form the model to place the decal.

start with a known position -- for nose, in this case, it's the pilot position, then move forward or aft depending
