What do I need to start modeling

I need to make some models for the GCC countries, and I need to know witch 3d max do I need and the plaguing to convert the model it to the game.

 

I have looked and downloaded some of the plaguing but they didn't work for me. any assistant well be grat.

You need 3ds MAX 2009, 32-bit version. You can use older versions, but they won't take advantage of the newest TW features.

Many thanks for your help I will try to uninstalled the software then reinstall it and see if that will fix. I had previously installed 3-D Max 2010 and it may be causing some comfort when I start 3-D Max 2009
