Engine sound vanishing?

 

The Loading Engine Sound Cuts out,

 

in game if i cycle views to much, i lose engine sounds in all external views, but i still have it in cockpit i think.

Yep, I've been reporting that since May2011 update. A variation (resetting engine pitch) has been happening since XP1. More people, more configs, easier to find the issue, provided you report it to TK. Perhaps a memory optimization gone wrong somewhere...

I just updated my sound driver for my Realtek audio and it works ok now.

Sounds drop in external views

F6 views sometimes only go to F5 view

my brother's system runs the game beautifully with everything MAXED at a locked 60Frames/sec.

 

and his sound dont cut out, using onboard realtek w/ 32 channels set in SF2.
