He is aware of the defence cuts that will ensure the UK will be a toothless tiger for the remainder of this decade and much of the next one, yeah? I mean, I know the Admiralty couldn't find their esteemed arses even after viewing a "How to find one's arse" tutorial video, but are we expecting too much of them by assuming the don't act like oafish, tactless dolts in public?
