snapper 21 Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 (edited) Hi All Just wondering if the Independence class carrier I have seen in the screenshot thread is available to download anywhere? Thanks Snapper 21 Edited November 18, 2012 by snapper 21 Quote
snapper 21 Posted November 18, 2012 Author Posted November 18, 2012 No disrespect to either of you, but isn't the CVL in both packs base on the Zuiho, while the carrier on page 57 of the screenshot thread and the old KAW WIP thread a new USS Bataan? I have tried both packs, and havent found a carrier with that many guns! Cheers Snapper 21 Quote
Wrench Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 ???? it's not there??? the folder name "CVL" is the zuhuio mod the folder named "CVL-29" is the independence (yah, ya made me look!!! ) Quote
Heck Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 I don't find it either, Wrench. Just CVL folder. No CVL-29. Quote
Wrench Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 (edited) I'll take care if, ASAP sorry fellas!! ------------------------- edit: ok....now I'm confused. the one paulo's was showing is NOT the one I have... this one has some 'incompletness' about it... the deck edge antennas are not attached to the hull, and there's no gun crews (or the quad 40s...) so, looks like a 'whcha got there, bro', is in order to paulo!! hurc Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 I had to get my Korean Era CVs from the A-Team site, the one in the KAW Misc is a Zuhio mod. The A-team has the CVE-105, USS Commencement Bay Class as well as the CV-14 or CVA-34 Essex Straight deck class. Quote
Wrench Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 (edited) not everyone has access to their d/ls. Also, due to the EUA, no sharing of any kind is allowed so ... there you go. until out naval architects run them down the ways (WBS is attemting to build the standard WW2/Korea Essex), we use what we have that is FREELY availalbe, with no strings attached. Also, the very reason taht the modified 3W SCB-125 data inis were included. They may look 'off', but work with no issues Edited November 20, 2012 by Wrench Quote
