+Gepard 11,324 Posted June 25, 2013 (edited) No, i dont think so. But to be honest, i have never seen soviet or russian planes with yellow bordered tactical numbers. All planes i know, had white bordered numbers or no borders. The colors of the planes depended of the squadron at the airfield.
