Removing the top right overlay radar

Just another noob question. I just havn't found out yet how to remove the top right Radar.

I'm playing at normal settings right now.

Go to Options->Gameplay. Set "Simulation Difficulty" to "Customize" then set "Radar Display" to "Hard".

extract HUDData.in, place in /Flight folder, edit to taste

 

there should be several hundred (if not thousands!) of posts both here (SF2) and 1stGens about it.

Try hitting your Control + PageUp Keys.  That toggles the radar off and on.
