I have a computer with an Intel Core i5 , 6 Gb of Ram , an nvidia Geforce with Cuda of 1024 mb , the settings of the game are unlimited expect for the shadows that are medium and and the horizon line which it is set to close, with that specifications and configurations my F-1 works like a missile in the game.

Hello Danilo, I am sorry you feel that way. We have not had a lot of complaints about the performance, could you detail your PC specifications? Our model is only 27,000 triangles all included so the poly count is really not excessive, even if not as low as stock aircraft.

...

Oh after all no reason to feel sorry. I know that freeware is not a Wishing Well

I think my bottle neck is my video card ATI HD4800 (1GB)

...

How is your game performance affected by other high-detail planes like the TMF F-14 or Ravenclaw's F-4s or Buccaneer?

Neither the one nor the others installed here... you guess why...

Hmm yeah probably the video card. One idea, you could try to use the old Mirage F.1 with the new cockpit? If the low resolution does not bother you. Anyways, with the new Mirage F.1 we tried to match the best level of detail in the community to make it somewhat "future-proof" so it would not look dated in just a year or so. We also wanted to exceed the level of detail seen on the stock aircraft. The tradeoff is that for some users the performance will suffer...

Hello,

Intel/NVidia system W8.1 64 (4x 3.4Ghz/8 Go RAM/2 Go GTX670)... no real fps killing with these beautiful Mirage F1s!

@JMBalestre... why not adding 2 Go RAM!

Can't wait the next F1s... blush2.gif.pagespeed.ce.FfsTJsX8hN.gif

The problem isn't the poly count of the A-Lod itself, the matter is that in an air battle the 27000 triangles are rendered up to a distance of 10000m, because you don't have efficient, low poly B- and C-Lods...

If you consider how many F1s probably are in the radius of 10Km... you have the picture

But please don't take this as a criticism, thta's now just a technical discussion :imhappy:
