Question about the Fake Pilot Method

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Just a question: is it possible to place a decal on a Fake Pilot element?

Thank you,

no, unfortunately

as the object being added (a probe, antenna, pylon, etc) is the seat for the invisible fake pilot to 'sit' on

Funny this topic should come up...I was wondering earlier,"I wonder if we have fake pilot thats imune to shadows.?.".as one I had, his shadow shows up,so thought of making new with attributes disabling shadows being cast ..do we need 1?

in max, shadows are enabled like so...before exporting

I know that only the 'seat' object casts a shadow, like a pylon or the old Scooter humps when converted to FP usege

but we can always use another!! :)

Totally transparent fakepilot

TW Exporter Dec2010-C, Decals=TRUE  < ignore....stops decal bleed

casts no shadow, shadow wont affect it...
use for any purpose as long as its free use.
