B52STRATO Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 A Tupolev Tu-95MS has crashed some hours ago near Khabarovsk. First reports announced the whole seven crewmembers as alive, but now it seems that both pilots past away. Some medias talk about a stop of three NK-12s, others of all four turboprops. According to FlightGlobal the Bear fleet is now grounded until further investigation (as for the whole An-22s when RA-09343 crashed five years ago). Another Tu-95 was lost on last June 8. http://www.defensenews.com/story/defense/2015/07/14/russia-tu-95-crash/30130517/ http://www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/tu-95-crash-adds-to-list-of-recent-russian-incidents-414611/ Quote
