did you happen to notice HOW thick the armored box is for the bridge on the carriers?? I've been on the Hornet in Alameda, and was quite surprised at the level of armor proctection (at least 12 inches!)

daddy, saw the Midway from outside only.. after visiting the museum in Balboa park my brothers had enough planes in SD :)
