+guuruu Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Good news, that pilot is ok. Happens, it's not the most safe job in the world . Quote
+Menrva Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 Good to hear that the pilot is okay, such a relief. Quote
+Gepard Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 The MiG-29 has an outstandig ejection seat. It works very well. Interestingly Janes claimes, that the pilot does not eject. He was found in the wreck, with minor injuries. http://www.janes.com/article/76531/polish-mig-29-jet-fighter-crashes Quote
Derk Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 First crash in 28 years of service, very good record but can hardly believe it..... Splendid that the pilot is OK !! 1 Quote
RUSTYMORLEY Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Engine failure possibly or some other malfunction, but I guess pilot error cannot be ruled out either.!! Quote
