The frontline starts at 0.0 and ends at 1200000.0. It covers the complete width of the terrain

My bad, I remembered wrong about my terrain; this is what I use for the terrain and campaign that comes with ODS:

[FrontLine]
Position[001]=1000000,315000
...
Position[038]=433000,1000000
HideOverWater=TRUE
StartShow=2
EndShow=11
StartMove=2
EndMove=10

I hope it can be of help. Basically it starts from maximum X value and ends to maximum Y value (or from X=0 to Y=0, it should work okay as well). There's no other reason I know for that base to turn Red or Blue, unless areas close to that base are also strategic nodes for ground forces and anything is re-based there.

Also, you may want to consider using StartMove and EndMove statements. Basically you decide which points of the frontline can change during a ground war; it's pretty powerful, it can help avoid getting weird quirks with frontlines in general.

I try to make a Battle of Britain campaign, which is historical correct as possible. We have now a He-111, so it is possible. What we still need is a Me-110.

I dont know, wheter it is possible to include Anti-Ship missions into a campaign. It would be nice to start with the convoi battles in the English Channel. For single missions it is possible.

Russ has a 110 in the works. You'd have to ask him about any expected release date. IIRC, he was also working on a proper He-111H cockpit too.

A first attempt to make the Channel Islands look more realistic. Here: Alderney
