It's actually DAT's MB.5 but they are very similar in their general configuration.

Its better to call this plane Polikarpov Po-189. In 1940 the soviets changed their designationsystem from american style (I means istrebityel = fighter, or F in american system) to german style (First two letters from name of the chief of development bureau.)
