The person who submitted the file needs to upload a new copy to the server. If you look at the file size is says "unknown" which means when the server went to store the file it wasn't all there or pieces were missing. I sent the file owner a PM and asked them to reupload and I'm sure they will. For now you just have to wait for that to happen. E

It's an imperfect system but it works. If you download 8 items and they all finished at the same time lets says that's 1:00 pm then in theory by 1:00 pm the next day you'd have 8 more downloads available. The way the system refreshes your download count is by running a task in the background and it looks for entries older that 24 hours and removes them thus freeing up downloads for you. The imperfection is that the clearing task only runs twice per hour so depending on your download completion time in a given hour your downloads might be refreshed at 0:18 0:48 within that hour. I believe in your system settings or profile area you can actually see a log of your downloaded files. E

I use Photoshop or Fireworks to edit images mostly.

I can not reproduce this with Google Chrome 4.1.249.1042 (42199). Do you know of anyone else that is having problems with the foreign language forums and these display issues? Interestingly enough the character set displayed is indicative of iso->utf problems so it might be a setting on your computer for instance something related to a keyboard or language setting. Let me know if you find anything out. Regards E

I can not reproduce that using FireFox and IE. What browser are you using?

Currently there is no way to organize an album. The system puts them in order of upload, newest first oldest last. I have planned some upgrades this weekend but I'm not sure I saw anywhere in the docs that this feature had been added to the gallery software. Wish I could be more help. E

Fates is the keeper of the calendars ... he's got such a great eye for great photo shots. Yup calendars are missed. E

It's a bug in the software release. I have a major overhaul planned for this weekend which should clear up a few things we've been noticing. Expect some changes soon. E
