SFP1 may still freeze on high settings with the above -minimal- system, so when you wait for SFP1 to respond, it is recommended to have a ten time larger particle accelerator then the LHC so you can create a black hole just out of boredom.

Chuck Norris, on the other hand, need no computer to run it. He can run it simply by thinking it.   
  
BTW2 > Although not a regular occurence, it is recommended to avoid SFP1 on computers worth less than $14 billion.  
  
And the last thing to be noted, Commodore 64 can run the game with no problem
