  6. here's a comparison between Shin Kudo's Cat and generic Macross Zero one the generic skin is based on Kei Nagase's earlier work for old MF Cat though
  7. Gun Jams

Yep, the AllowUnjamAttempt line is on AircraftObject.ini inside the .cat file. But AFAIK, there's no keystroke for SF for unjamming guns. Maybe by adding the entry from later series and making the controls .ini read-only?
  8. Hi fellas, been away from TW game busy for thesis... here's my WIP at recreating Macross Zero F-14A++ skin :D

  11. F-8 Crusader vs MiG-17 in Vietnam

well, can't agree more with the points given in this thread... speaking from my own experience that extended, close-turning fight in an F-8 would get you killed if no energy management are employed, not counting the jammed guns by the abrupt maneuvering and missing excellent firing parameters as the result...
  12. Hi guys, A bit of question about the GR.3: tried flying the Falkland Pack one and the individual versions in WOV (last 08 patch). I'm aware of the limitations, which was stated on the readme (only for 06 level patch), but I can't help wondering why it has roll issues. Been reading if some planes has Ymac issues, but comparing it with FRS.1 data.ini there is no difference. Or maybe the entire aerodynamic data needs to be modified? Anyone care to explain? Thanks
  13. Well, scratch it. Now it flies just fine, the trouble was one entry in the stab. Not by anyway related to the aerodynamics data. My fault for not checking it more thoroughly. Thanks for the advices sir!
  14. Uh, what I mean is the position coordinates mirrored exactly left and right, with thrust and pylon drag values are the same in each side... The Ymac values are as stated before. Any other place should I look for disrepancies? Sorry for the language mixup!
  15. Oops, my mistake. There were no asymmetric thrust from the engines and no asymmetric drag on the pylons either. Here's the Ymac values of the wing: [LeftWing] Ymac=-1.014 [RightWing] Ymac=1.014 [LeftOuterWing] Ymac=-2.2350 [RightOuterWing] Ymac=2.2350
  16. Ymac values on the wings are expressed properly. Will check on the centerline values
  17. forgot to add, the FRS.1 data comes from Falklands pack version.
  18. Well, the it always rolling left in level flight, and worsens when under load. Often make the jet snap rolling instead of pitching up properly.
  19. Bitten again by Phantom bug... rag-tag skin still on WOV^^
  20. Very sorry for the wait. RL issues . I'll try to get the scans ready this weekend...
  21. some sideview profiles (no color specifications unfortunately): http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww4/f/69/16/0#2 the kit photos http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/Gal7/6501-6600/gal6531-F-16-Sidharta/00.shtm
  22. Still searching for the magazine in my stash... f-16.net doesn't give much detailed pic of the jet. @Eject: iya pak, di Jakarta juga. Makasih koreksinya tentang dosen, hehehe (there goes my native tongue)
  23. Hi Eject, nice to see another Indonesian here. Greetings Sir! Yes, the magazine refers to Angkasa by Gramedia Group. Usually I sent a lot of critic to them since the senior editor and the head of the company is my lecturer in university--guess you know who he is ;). I've understand the complicated situation in our armed forces (since my great grandfather was the high commander for Sumatera in Revolution era, and my father's friend is currently an AU colonel who always in constant headache regarding the assets readiness). About the F-16, you can try browsing SFP1 A-Team Skunkworks site (http://www.cplengineeringllc.com/SFP1/). But you need to create an account first in order to the site to let you in and get the downloads. For realism though, I'd personally use TMF Block 15OCU BAF Viper. @Sony: decal sets from Scale Nutz IIRC seems to be a good starting point for the earlier camo. Let me see what I can find about the documentary on the Viper's camo. Oh, and there is one more special color that I just remembered: blue-yellow scheme from the Elang Biru aerobatic team.
