i tried something and it worked for me.after doing as the readme says it didn't work, so i left everything the way i had it when it didn't work ,then i erased the gunship folder from the aircraft folder, then i opened up the zip for the gunship and dragged just the gunship aircraft folder back in and it worked!

i tend to agree with Dave, on the fact that SF2 is superior in every way. i simply cannot believe that i have paid so little for so much in both series. it is very refreshing considering most genre's out there give you short, non-moddable games that cost a fortune. i myself would have paid twice TK's asking price simply because of the tweeking and add-ons that are available here and other great sites. at worst i'm very pleased with both series and have endless possibilities.thanks TK and thanks to all who have contributed anything to the series. btw, i cannot wait for the 'Cat! when its up, i'm buying!

first my mod specs: SF2:E patched to Feb2010 NatoFighters4+ i'm having some trouble with the UH-1B Gunship. i followed the instructions(i have Gramps UH-1H) but when i go to fly, the game ctd's immediately. what i did: i installed the gunship(placing files in their respective folders,running the Weps,Gun editors) then i placed the LOD files and SHD file(from the UH-1H) into the Gunship folder. i pick my skins and weps, hit fly and it CTD's. any thoughts?

i have my SF2:E running with Feb2010 and NF4+ and am not (so far) seeing any problems............yet.

....oh yeah....a Balkan Terrain would be nice also,so i can fly the Tomcats of the VF-41 Black Aces from the Roosevelt into Kosovo!

in regards to the book i am reading:Black Aces High by Robert K. Wilcox. Farewell Mighty Tomcat, i will keep you alive in this sim as your life was cut way too short. furthermore, a tribute to Lt. Bill "Dewar" Dye whom tragically died in an F-14 crash following the squads return from a mission over Kosovo.Betcha i know who God's RIO is.....RIP

1: SAR missions.......bring the pilots back after bailout! 2:better FAC.....mark the targets and the AI will ACTUALLY attack them! 3: COMMS.....i grit my teeth everytime my wingie says "negative,unable to reply" after turning him loose and then ask him to rejoin when i need help! overall i'm EXTREMELY happy with whats going on. i have a tough time keeping track of all the mods i have!
