  1. Almost done with major reinstall. System freezes after I start mission in an F-4N plus if it doesn't freeze immediately the aircraft is invisible. Missing lod files perhaps? . Thanks,
  2. I'm in middle of a major reinstall and see some cockpits missing from some reinstalled aircraft. One example is A-4M_78. Where is that model of the Scooter available? Was it past of a SF2NA package?On a related note some pylons missing on reinstalled aircraft. Any suggestions? Model name missing from ac data file or pylon type missing from weapons list? . Thanks,
  3. Thanks for all your quick responses. I reinstalled the updates. I even placed the add-ons in Weapons folder as well as in the Pilots folder and still no pylons. I DO have pylons on the A-4M_78 which i guess was issued separately. Regarding missing cockpits -- some were missing the cockpits folders.( BTW Found A-4M 78 i SF2NA Expansion Pack)
  4. What happened to cockpits? Many of the aircraft have partial cockpits.See F-4B and A-7 below. I looked in cockpit folders and they only contained radar scope and a few instruments. No Panels? I used North Atlantic for base install. Will I have to retrieve cockpits from backup files?
  5. Ever since I bought Flying Circus III a few days ago, when I try to log on to Great Battles Main website or forum I get cannot connect to server message. This happens regardless of computer I am using. I tried accessing the site through the 1C Games site but link to Great battles and Flying Circus have same problem.Is that site down?

    Looks great BUT all my cockpits are blacked out. Could be because of a missing file? What am I missing.?

    I installed this campaign and it does not show up on list of Campaigns available. The Map can be selected for quick missions..

  12. So just to clarify. if I want to fly the upcoming Corsair against Axis aircraft such as FW-190 or BF-109 in historically correct environment I would have to : 1. Install DCS (no cost) 2. Purchase the 190 and /or the 109 3.Purchase the aircraft I want to fly against OR purchase an assets/ theater of operations package that contains the desired AI aircraft. Correct? Whatever the answer I suspect similar process if I want to fly expected F-4 against MiG-21 or 23 ?
  13. I recently reinstalled SF2V and SF2I. I added some terrains from back up files but most of them do not appear in game. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

  15. I deleted the dorsal fairing item from the aircraft data file and it now looks fine. Thanks for all your attention.

  18. I reinstalled SF2 North Atlantic and now all terrains show up. Plus, I can launch from carriers. Thanks for all you support!!
  19. Thanks for all your input!!! As noted the ones circled in red are the ones that are available in game. I will recheck the Cat file entries today and install SF2 Europe from back up file.

    Looks very Interesting. You say "Having SF2NA is a must, as I have enabled naval ops". My SF2 NA file is currently inactive. If I place in SF2 Israel, it will not be enabled at all? Thanks
  23. I have been an SF user since the days of SF 1. Moved and reinstalled on several computers. Now I have an issue that has me stumped. Is there a way to Install ALL SF2 elements on one drive? In my case, on my disk (drive "D"} that has more available space than my SSD (Drive C). When recently re-installing I selected install position on Drive D but all the detailed 'mod" files end up on crowded C drive. Thanks
