Stary's water and some WIP Falklands tiles

Look in the .DLC files, not the .CAT files. They are in the DLC folder at the top level, C:\Program Files (x86)\ThirdWire\Strike Fighters 2\DLC, for example. You also need one of the newer cat extractors from Thirdwire. The older versions won't open .DLC.
