  1. There are three small desert strips added to the desert terrain in my old Harrier Campaign. It's in the SF1 download section. They're to small for an A-4 to take off from. There's the harrier FOB's in the ODS terrain you can use. It's just adding the object types to the terrain's _TYPES.INI and placing them via the terrain's _TARGETS.INI. For airfields, you'll need to place them on flat areas of the terrain.
  2. There's a mismatch between the fuel tanks included for the C SEA, and the _data.INI and _loadout.INI entries. Fuel tanks are Tank195F-104_SEA_camo and the .INI entries are Tank195F-104_SEAcamo. The .INI's are missing a "_".
  3. Well, my first guess would have been mission types assigned. However, I've just went 3 missions in with VF-154 and had no problems. I didn't fly them to completion, just flew in AP for a few minutes, ended, then started the next.
  4. I'm 5 missions in to a LB II campaign with VA-37 and have no problems. The carriers are there every time. What squadron are you trying?
  5. Anyone check if parked aircraft on the carriers appear in campaigns?
  6. I think that's a side effect of fubar's water shader. I see the same on the sea/land transition tiles of other terrains that I use his shader. Still worth it though.

Colmack, Read through the description txt for my LHA mod... http://combatace.com/files/file/12751-lha-mod-for-stock-sf2na-version/ Do the CarrierParkSpan trick, and make sure your NATIONS match, that's as close as you can get as far as specifying a specific aircraft, at least best I can figure out. I'm surprised you saw a USMC aircraft on a Italian carrier, unless the carrier is set to USMC, or your running with a .MSN file that has a battle group called out as USMC.
  8. I can look at it tonight too. I use to keep the _targets.ini changes current with each patch, but maybe I'm behind.

  11. Here's the modified campaign files to get the Harrier aboard the LHA in the campaign. You need Wrench's AV-8A and my LHA mod as well. I've only been assigned STRIKE missions so far, which are difficult in the AV-8A. Anyone notice that all but one of the US ground forces start aboard the ships in the Marine Amphibious Group? Anyone play the campaign long enough to see them "land"? I'm hoping at some point to start getting CAS or ARMED RECON. If so, maybe just back up the AV-8A's campaign start date. I haven't tried yet, but it looks like you can assign multiple carriers to a single strike group. AV8A_NA_Campaign.rar
  12. Are you having problems with the Ark Royal, or the LHA? If it's the LHA, try this mission. I have at least two parked harriers every time. I have a merged install, but at the moment, my only mods are Wrench's AV-8B, followed by this LHA mod. ********************** Squid, if you have a helo installed, belonging to USMC, and with the carrier=true and parkingspan variables, it would show up. The downside is there appears to be no way to define multiple parking spans for a single ship's parking, so you have no way to place the helos in a certain spot, and the harriers in another.   15. I got the stock LHA working as a carrier, with the parked aircraft being limited to just AV-8's. I'll upload tonight after I test a little more, in case anyone wants it.

  17. Cool, I'll have to give it a try now. It's been forever since I tried, maybe even prior to SF2.
  18. There's a parameter in the Movement section of a ship's _data.ini that will cause the deck to pitch. However, last time I tried it would usually knock the aircraft off the catapult.
  19. Yes, it showed up in one of the recent patches. If you're a user-made, single mission guy, there's also an "available/not available" flag you can set.
