Sure, but i Chavez can be a Clown, but he have Oil and suficient money to start one war(can be a non-sens, but i expect evrything coming from him.), only for stay on power, in the ultimate case, i think he can put venezuela in a Civil war(like i said before, he is giving military training to civil people! and and some AKs too, i dont remember the name, but is something about "Bolivarian resistance") Just to fresh the peple minds...a lot o govrments,just enter in a war without sense to stay in power without popular consense.

He is Arming the civil population and i think, he will make a enemy in the south american(probably Colombia, Peru, or a power demonstration agains Guiana), you know, a common enemy can unificate a divided country(as you can see with Pakistain). i think the Things will gonna hot here in the south hemsphere...i hope no, but using the History and strategy ,you can imagine what goes to come... recently he said :If USA dont stop to influentiate Venezoela`s peoples in this elections, the Oil exportations will be cutted for USA.
